Vanessa Gibbs is a Product Manager. She leads the platform customer and technical support team, manages automated messaging programs, and drives improvements to platform. She has a background in software engineering, specializing in data management and analytics, CRM systems, and building features for acquisition and retention. Vanessa has over 6 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations and developing improvements to their processes.
She earned a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from SUNY New Paltz and received a certificate of completion for IT(2016) and Fullstack Web Development(2018).
