Precious Mack, M.L.I.S.

Precious Mack manages the development, maintenance, and success of the Partnership’s website properties. She provides web strategy, user experience research and design, development, and support services across departments, working to advance the delivery of services to all Partnership audiences and stakeholders.

Before joining the Partnership to End Addiction, Precious worked as a Reference and Technology Services librarian serving a diverse community of public library users. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Medieval Studies from Penn State University and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
