Rebecca Shaw

Rebecca Shaw is responsible for leading the development of public service announcements, partnering with ad agencies and commercial/film directors in the production of television, radio, print and digital messages supporting our mission and promoting our resources. She has also managed the organization’s initiatives with the Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Food and Drug Administration, guiding the development of integrated campaigns, including long- and short-form videos, highly targeted digital ads, mobile apps and websites.

Having spent the early part of her career at multiple advertising agencies managing brands for companies like P&G, Kraft and Mars, Rebecca had a strong desire to leverage her skills and passion for insight-driven consumer communications to shift behavior and drive social change. Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and women’s studies and studied abroad in both Cuernavaca, Mexico and Sydney, Australia. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and is hoping to inspire a love of travel in her daughter.
