If you’re pregnant or parenting a baby under one year old and have concerns about past or present substance use, the BabySTEPs Helpline is here for you.

Whether you’re seeking guidance, resources, or just someone to listen, our trained specialists offer personalized, judgment-free support customized to your unique situation. This helpline service is easy to use, completely free for parents, and any conversations and information shared will always be kept strictly confidential.

How It Works:

Connect: Text BABY to 55753 to begin.
Share: Complete a brief, confidential survey to help us tailor our assistance to your needs.
Receive: A specialist will respond within 24-48 hours ready to listen and provide compassionate and nonjudgemental support that fits your situation.
