We are pleased to partner with Amazon Studios and serve as a resource for the new film, “Beautiful Boy,” which premieres nationwide this November. We created a discussion guide to accompany the film, in the hopes that it will foster discussion about substance use and provide insight into how families address addiction.
The Partnership for Drug-Free Kids is proud to be working with the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, New Hampshire, on an innovative new program to help local parents and families impacted by the opioid crisis.
We are disheartened to learn of the revelations in Sunday’s “60 Minutes” story. The story revealed lobbying on behalf of pharmaceutical distributors to limit the authority of the DEA to investigate and prosecute illegal shipments of opioids being diverted to small communities.
