We are excited to announce that we’ve collaborated with IGA USA as part of their first-ever IGA Cares initiative – a national campaign which began on August 1st. IGA is the world’s largest voluntary supermarket network and includes nearly 5,000 Hometown Proud Supermarkets worldwide with stores across 46 states in the U.S.
IGA will raise both fundraising dollars and awareness to help us address the nation’s opioid epidemic and support parents and families whose child may be struggling with an addiction.
Through in-store fundraising activities, the opportunity to make donations at the register, and the sale of specially marked IGA Exclusive Brand products, in-store promotion will run from mid-August through December. IGA will help spread the word about how families can get help at IGA Better Choices.

Through this effort, IGA will help us support parents and families who are dealing with a child’s substance use or addiction, and in doing so, they will undoubtedly help local IGA communities nationwide.”
