We are working to identify and address the needs or “gaps” faced by Spanish-speaking families who are concerned about their loved one and substance use and the ability of the Spanish-speaking community to access support. Your responses are confidential and it will allow us to enhance and expand the services we offer to the Spanish-speaking community in New York State and the organizations that serve them.
An incentive, in the form of a $40 gift card, is available for a limited number of participants who complete the survey. Please complete the eligibility form below to determine if you qualify.
Participants who are ineligible for compensation are still invited to take the survey.
