Senior Vice President, Behavioral Health Partnership & Innovation

Marcus Daugherty, M.A., L.M.H.C. is Senior Vice President, Behavioral Health Partnerships & Innovation at Partnership to End Addiction. He previously led system innovation initiatives in collaboration with New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and continues to advise on statewide policy implementation. 

Field Experience: Over 30 years working with diverse populations through mobile homeless outreach, shelter programs, and residential/outpatient settings. Extensive training and management experience on clinical, administrative, and diversity issues. 

Expertise: Co-occurring disorders, homelessness and addiction, severe mental health challenges, healthcare system innovation 

Credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor. M.A. in counseling and clinical psychology (SUNY New Paltz/Fielding Graduate University), B.A. in psychology and education (Hofstra University). Educator and trainer.
