Cesar Bravo Wolfe, L.I.C.S.W. is Director, Helpline Services at Partnership to End Addiction, providing supervision, training, and crisis support to our helpline clinical staff. He continues to provide direct services to families, including co-facilitating our Spanish support group. Cesar brings crisis intervention experience from his work in an emergency department setting and international service experience from the Peace Corps in Central America.
