She is passionate about helping people find the information they need — especially in high-stakes or uncertain moments — and about designing digital tools that reduce barriers across language, ability, and digital literacy.
Previously a Reference and Technology Services Librarian and freelance web designer, Precious holds degrees from Penn State University, the University of Pittsburgh, and Florida State University spanning history, information science, and web design and development.
