Precious Mack manages the development, maintenance, and overall success of the Partnership’s website properties. She leads web strategy, user experience design, technical project management, and development initiatives that enhance how the organization connects with families, professionals, and partners. Working across departments, Precious ensures that each website touchpoint supports the Partnership’s mission and delivers meaningful, accessible experiences for all audiences.
Before joining Partnership to End Addiction, Precious worked as a Reference and Technology Services Librarian serving a diverse public community and as a freelance web designer. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Medieval Studies from Penn State University, a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and a post-master’s Specialist Degree from Florida State University focusing on Web Design and Development.
