    Product Manager

    Partnership to End Addiction is a national non-profit organization dedicated to ending the addiction crisis.  We understand addiction as a complex disease, demanding evidence-based, compassionate responses.     The Product Manager role will be an integral role of the product team, reporting directly to VP, Product Management. They will lead and own internal facing products as well as supporting the development of externally facing products. This is an exciting role for someone looking to get their footing in product and has experience owning projects, timelines as well as working cross organizationally. This role will also co-manage a small team of internally facing product support staff.

    Responsibilities of the job include: 

    • Demonstrate and reflect the mission and values of the organization.
    • Proactively coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill mission and objectives of the job.
    • Be product owner on several internal and direct-to-consumer digital products.
    • Manage product lifecycle internally and externally (from research and discovery to design, development, testing, iterations).
    • Manage priorities: decide between most impact, low effort, most impact, most effort (includes new feature designs, UX improvements, hot-fixes, bugs, large-scale builds, etc.)
    • Partner with website team, marketing and communications, fundraising, developers, program leads of different services, and data team to address needs, prioritize well, and build products.
    • Collaborate closely with CTO to prioritize builds/features to organization’s custom CRM platform and communicate requirements from and to stakeholders.
    • Brainstorm new features and improvements to technology tools leveraged by organization.
    • Oversee project management to prioritize projects and deliver within deadlines.
    • Supervise technical support team that supports staff and volunteers with technical issues involving organization’s technology (this can range from Zoom to TEAMS to the organization custom-built CRM platform).
    • Support volunteer and staff operations involving technology by learning, training others, and overseeing development of manuals and guidelines.
    • Oversee the build and development of any program being built using the Platform for any team. This includes understanding program requirements and communicating any changes to the CTO, providing Platform trainings, and supporting the team’s general use of the Platform.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in public health, health science, data/evaluation, tech or similar fields
    • 2+ years’ project management experience, including at least 1+ years of professional product management experience
    • 1+ years of experience supervising other staff
    • Completed product or project management certification preferred
    • Cross functional collaborator who works well with stakeholders at various levels in the organization
    • Experience building relationships cross functionally to work across departments
    • Experience in data analysis – ability to decide priorities and decisions using data
    • Versed in project management frameworks
    • Experience building and launching digital projects
    • Experience running tests and quality assurance on projects
    • Ability to receive and provide feedback on product features

    Annual Salary Range:  $63,000 – $70,000

    This is a hybrid role.  The Product Manager will work in the New York City office at least one day per week.
