    NY Health Foundation Grants

    Integration of addiction and mental-health services is one of three main funding priorities of the New York State Health Foundation.

    Expanding health insurance coverage and improving management and prevention of diabetes are the foundation's other grantmaking priorities.

    The foundation makes targeted grants as well as issuing RFPs, such as the 2010 Economic Recovery Fund and an annual Special Projects Fund designed to support programs that fall outside of the group's three main focus areas.
