We are seeking a Research Assistant with training and experience in psychology, public health, or health communication to work with our Senior Vice President of Prevention Research and Analysis on a range of substance use prevention/healthy youth development projects and initiatives. Activities may include: the collection of new data; the review, analysis and documentation of existing literature and data; the drafting of tools, training materials, presentations, guides, reports, and research manuscripts; and collaborative activities designed to improve the prevention of substance use and addiction and the promotion of child health and resilience in communities across the United States.

This position is funded at least through August 2026. Duration of employment is limited to the duration of the grants/contracts, which may have the option for extension beyond that date.

Starting Pay Range: 

$45,000 – $50,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Note: We are working in a hybrid capacity.  The Research Assistant will work in the New York City office at least one day per week.
