I am not a heroin user and never have been but because of a massive and failed spinal surgery I take several drugs one of which is Fentanyl. I know just how powerful this drug is but the main question to ask is "how did it hit the streets in every possible part of the country at the same time?" My suggestion is to look for the source using these facts to guide you: when DuPont put Percocet and Percodan on the market it was given by doctors a great deal until just about every person in the country knew about it and wanted it. In 1983 after a car accident it was given to me and I had never heard of it. I grew up sheltered and very naive but when I took it I became to feel fantastic and had an incredible outlook. It's probably the reason my business grew so rapidly. I couldn't figure out why everyone did not take it. I had no clue about addiction but it proceeded to ruin my life several times after it took away everything I ever owned and held dear.
You want to know how to stem the tide of Fentanyl? Don't be naive. Look to the makers. Otherwise overdose will become as natural as bottled water and death is a forgone conclusion.
Don't be stupid and believe these corporations saying they have no idea how it's getting out. Someone has to make it before it gets loose to the public. And why would dealers use it in heroin when it cost them more to use it. Too many things don't make any sense.

Its sad to see and realize too many people are so dependent on substance abuse for their financial gains.
Drug companies, healthcare: Doctors, hospitals, Pharmacies, Treatment centers, political and Justice system: politicians, Lobbyist, Courts, Lawyers, Officers and many more.
Corruption is abundant, dealers, human trafficers, sex slavers, gangs and organized crime utilize it to profit with total disregard to entrapped youth.
This issue touches so many lives and no one seems to be exempt. Our media barely touches it and when they do is mostly to make money off of it.
Its HUGE money making phenomena. Yet it inflicts so much hardship and pain in our society.
We need a strong and powerful will to get money making mechanism out of substance disorder. Every dollar earned from victims should be redirected to the victims fully to overcome their sufferings and what they have gone through. Don’t we do the same when someone sexually abuses a child or in case of malpractice.
We need fundamental changes in our system.
I am heartbroken for you and millions of others going through these hardships. The more I learn, the more I believe there is a lots of wrongs. Wish you well.
