Kevin Collins oversees many of the organization’s Family Services programs including online resource development, a national phone and digital helpline, Help & Hope by Text and parent coaching. He also directs community engagement initiatives, including DEA360, a multi-faceted demand reduction program developed by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
He previously implemented the organization’s community education program, PACT360, and served as a regional manager, responsible for promotion of its public service announcements.
Before joining Partnership to End Addiction, Kevin worked for the Partnership for Drug-Free New Jersey as director of media and community relations; as a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve deployed to the peacekeeping mission in Bosnia; and as a staff director for a member of the New York State Assembly.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science from Rutgers University, and, through the U.S. Army, completed Civil Affairs Officer Basic and Advanced Courses and the Combined Arms and Services Staff School.
