The Partnership for Drug-Free Kids on The Today Show

The Partnership for Drug-Free Kids was featured this morning on the TODAY show, as part of its week-long series, “The Secret Lives of Teens.” NBC special anchor Maria Shriver interviewed our president and CEO, Steve Pasierb, on the problem of teen medicine abuse, as well as our dedicated parent partner Sherrie Rubin and her son Aaron, who recounted their family’s experience with Aaron’s prescription drug overdose.

The segment prominently featured our “Out Of Reach” documentary and teen filmmaker, Cyrus Stowe, who spoke about the issue and why he made the film. We are thankful to Sherrie, Aaron, Cyrus and countless others who have shared their stories and supported our work to #endmedicineabuse.  Watch the clip.
