A brewer in Scotland with a history of scorning public-health advocates has released a beer with 32 percent alcohol, the Toronto Star reported Nov. 27.

The beer from brewing company BrewDog in Fraserburgh, Scotland, has been dubbed Tactical Nuclear Penguin. A limited run of 500 bottles has the beer selling for $69 each online.

BrewDog previously produced an 18.2-percent alcohol beer called Tokyo, and launched a low-alcohol brew called Nanny State after being criticized by public-health officials.
