Community Partners Network (CPN) helps end addiction in the United States by bringing together partners from every community to exchange ideas and spark opportunities for impact. We provide CPN members with trusted, expert information and collaborate to create more resources to prevent and treat addiction.
Community Partner Eligibility
Community partners include locally-based nonprofit leaders and organizations such as coalitions, treatment providers, policymakers, educators, public health administrators, first responders and others who interact with their local communities on issues of substance use and mental health. For-profit ventures are excluded.
It is important to us to partner with organizations who share our values. By enrolling in this program, you agree:
To work with other organizations in a spirit of cooperation, not competition.
To follow best practices and provide evidence-based care and information to those facing substance use and/or mental health issues.
To treat those facing substance use and/or mental health issues with kindness, compassion, and empathy.
To share information, generate ideas, and offer constructive feedback to strengthen our own work and the work of others.
