Many Teens Who Survive Opioid Overdose Don’t Receive Timely Treatment
A new study finds more than two-thirds of teens and young adults who survive an opioid overdose don’t receive treatment for their addiction within 30 days.
The Prisoner’s Family Conference is an opportunity for all who work with and serve children and families, as well as those in professions addressing issues affecting the prisoner’s family, to learn together and initiate action to elevate the prisoners’ family to integral, valuable and valued membership in the mainstream community.
The conference will take place February 25-27 at the Radisson Hotel in El Paso. Full conference attendees will receive 16 continuing education units.
