Training for Enforcement of Underage Drinking Laws

The U.S. Justice Department's Office on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) will award $2 million for a program to provide training and technical assistance to state and local Enforcement of Underage Drinking Laws (EUDC) programs.

EUDL programs work to prevent alcohol sales to underage youth as well as the purchase and consumption of alcohol by those under age 21. “The successful applicant will provide training and technical assistance support to state and local EUDL programs and other entities, as directed by Congress or the Office of Justice Programs,” according to the grant announcement.

Government agencies and nonprofits may apply. Application deadline is June 4.
